2010 Service Levels and Rates
'A' Full Linen Service Level
Linens, including a pillow, blanket, two sheets, pillowcase, two towels and washcloth are provided. Beds are made prior to guest arrival. Front desk staff will exchange sheets and towels for groups/guests, upon request, every fourth (4th) consecutive night. Residence Life Custodial staff will clean all common bathrooms and public areas on a regular schedule.
'B' Linen Packet Service Level
Linens, including a pillow, blanket, two sheets, pillowcase, two towels and washcloth are provided. Participants are required to make their own beds. Front desk staff will exchange sheets and towels for groups/guests, upon request, every fourth (4th) consecutive night. Residence Life Custodial staff will clean all common bathrooms and public areas on a regular schedule.
'C' No Linen Service Level
Residents must provide their own bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels and personal articles. However, if linens are required, linen packages are available on an individual basis within a group requesting services under this level, at a cost of $8.00/package, with 24 hours notice. Residence Life Custodial staff will clean all common bathrooms and public areas on a regular schedule.
