The Black Cat of Tucson is back! The 11th Annual Diva La Paz hosted by female illusionist Ajia Simone is scheduled to take place at the Colonia de la Paz Residence Hall October 11, 2007 at 8pm in the Sol Courtyard. The energetic and dynamic adult show is an annual performance that packs the courtyard with over 300 attendees every year. Diva La Paz has helped raise awareness and celebrate National Coming Out Day for the past 10 years and is more popular than ever. Following the always lively and often saucy performance, the Divas host a brief Question and Answer session with the audience. Ajia and her girls keep audiences coming back year after year to see this hilariously entertaining show that you can’t miss. You have to see it to believe it. The event is sponsored by the Colonia de la Paz hall staff and hall council in conjunction with elMundo.
Diva La Paz is FREE of cost but space is limited so it is recommended that attendees arrive early. Monetary donations will be accepted at the event to benefit Wingspan, Southern Arizona’s LGBT Community Center.
