The SALT Center provides comprehensive support services to only one portion of the University's students with learning disabilities or ADHD. The services provided by SALT are designed to maximize each student's opportunity for academic success. Services provided by learning specialists, writing specialists, and tutors are not required by either the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or Section 504. However, these services, available on a consistent basis, can greatly enhance a student's University experience. There is a fee for these enhanced services as available through SALT
