Apply for La Aldea Apartments
Please call the La Aldea office at (520) 626-0336 for information on the current availability of apartments.
New Residents
In order to apply for housing at La Aldea, you will need:
- To be a fully admitted, full-time graduate or professional student
- Your student identification number
- Your PIN
- An email address
- The ability to pay the $50 non-refundable application fee, online, within two hours of submitting your application. After you have finished the application process, please visit your online Student Link account to pay that fee. Payments can be made by electronic check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express only).
Failure to pay the application fee on-line within the two-hour period will result in your housing application being considered "incomplete." No further action will be taken on your application once it has been put in an "incomplete" status.
Upon successfully paying your application fee, you will be redirected back to our website and to a web page confirming receipt of your application. We suggest that you print this page for your records. You should also receive a confirmation email.
If, upon successfully completing your application and paying your application fee, you are not redirected back to a confirmation page and/or you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the La Aldea office as soon as possible.
| A $300 Graduate Housing confirmation payment will be charged to your Bursar's account when you are assigned; it will be applied to your first month's rent. After June 15, the $300 Graduate Housing confirmation payment is due with the $50 application fee at the time your application is submitted. The $300 will be applied to your first month's rent. If you cancel your application in writing before June 15, the $300 Graduate Housing confirmation payment will be refunded. If you cancel after June 15, it will not be refunded. |
