Apartment & Roommate Assignments
- Apartment bedroom assignments are made based on your preferences and space availability. While we make every effort to assign you to one of your preferences, we do not guarantee it.
- Roommates are assigned randomly unless mutually requested. While we make every effort to place you with your requested roommate, we cannot guarantee it. The University does not accept roommate requests or assign roommates based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, physical ability, sexual orientation, age or Vietnam Era veteran’s status.
- Apartment and roommate information will be mailed to you in July
for the Academic Year. This allows La Aldea the flexibility to grant
as many mutual roommate requests as possible.
Spring Only applicants receive their apartment assignments when checking in.
