Paying Rent

Below you will find the most up to date rental rates and billing schedule for the current academic year. Please remember that new rental rates are approved by the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) in March each year. Current information will be posted as soon as it is approved.

La Aldea rent is charged monthly to your student account and can be paid the same way you pay any University charge. The billing schedule and rental due dates are determined and provided to La Aldea by the University of Arizona Bursar's Office.

Please check the Bursar's Office website for the most up-to-date due dates and billing policies.

When paying your rent for La Aldea, we ask that you remember the following important items:

1. Rent will be charged just like any other University bill, so it can be paid either online (through your Student Link account) or in person at the Bursar’s Office. The Bursar’s accepts most major credit cards and personal checks.
2. If you make a late payment for your La Aldea rent, late charges will be assessed by the Bursar's Office. La Aldea cannot reverse those charges. Please speak to a representative of the Bursar's Office directly about any late charges.
3. When you pay any University bill online (through your Student Link account), the money will go to tuition and fees before going to La Aldea. If you have large balance on your account, as is normal at the beginning of each semester, it is possible for no money to be sent to La Aldea at all. It is your responsibility to be sure that your full balance is paid before the due date each month.

La Aldea Billing Schedule for Fall 2009

The University of Arizona’s Bursar’s Office determines when bills are due each month. They may alter a due date for any particular month. To get the most accurate information about when bills are due, check their website.

You may also view and/or pay your bill once charges are sent via Student Link.
