Apartment Furnishings
La Aldea Apartment furnishings and features include:
- Bedroom - full size bed, 3-drawer dresser and closet for each resident
- Living room - sofa, comfortable chair and end table
- Ceiling fan with light in living rooms
- Carpet in living room and bedrooms and window blinds
- Kitchens - microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, frost-free refrigerator and stove, dining table and chairs
- Two and four bedroom units include washer and dryer. One bedroom units will be given a laundry card to use in community laundry rooms.
- Outdoor bicycle racks (Bikes are not permitted in hallways or apartments).
- Outside mailboxes
- Utilities included in rent: wired and wireless UA high speed internet (one per bedroom and living room), extended cable TV, local telephone, water, and electric allowance to cover heating and cooling
- Patio/balcony for some units
