- Bedroom: full-sized bed, three-drawer dresser, and closet for each resident.
- Living room: sofa, comfortable chair, and end table.
- Ceiling fan with light in living rooms.
- Carpet in living room and bedrooms; window blinds.
- Kitchens: microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, frost-free refrigerator, stove, dining table, and chairs.
- Two- and four-bedroom units include washer and dryer. Residents of one-bedroom units use convenient free community laundry rooms.
- Outdoor bicycle racks (bikes are not permitted in hallways or apartments).
- Outside mailboxes.
- Utilities included in rent:
- Wired and wireless UA high-speed internet. There is one Ethernet port per bedroom in two-and four-bedroom units. The port in one-bedroom units is in the living room.
