2009-2010 La Aldea Rental Rates (Rates effective August 1, 2009) 
The rates below have been approved by the Arizona Board of Regents in March 2009. Rates are per person and billed monthly to your Bursar Account and is payable directly on Student Link.

A $50 non-refundable application fee is required with your application. A $300 Graduate Housing confirmation payment will be charged to your Bursar's account when you are assigned an apartment. This fee is due by June 15, and it will be applied to your first month's rent. The Graduate Housing confirmation payment is refundable if you cancel your application in writing before June 15.
If you are applying after June 15, the $300 Graduate Housing confirmation payment is due with the $50 application fee at the time your application is submitted. The $300 will be applied to your first month's rent. The Graduate Housing confirmation payment is not refundable if you cancel your application after June 15.
