Summer Conferences Services

The Conference Services Office of Residence Life provides a full range of guest services to groups and individuals who come to the University of Arizona campus during the summer months with an educational purpose.

These services include housing accommodations, meeting/classroom facilities and recreational facilities. Every summer more than 10,000 guests come from around the world to take part in various conferences, workshops, athletic camps, University Orientation, youth gatherings, recruitment programs and campus visits sponsored by the many departments and faculty of the University.

In addition to the fine facilities used for housing, meeting, dining and recreational activities, guests enjoy the scenic beauty and southwestern attractions in and around the City of Tucson, Arizona.

The goal of the Conference Services Office is to provide comfortable and affordable accommodations and an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for the University's guests.

Providing these services is subject to available facilities and resources not otherwise dedicated to the continuing academic mission of the University.
