Apartment Furnishings
La Aldea apartments are furnished with living essentials, which eases your transition to a new home. Below is a list of those items included with your apartment.
Please note: La Aldea apartments do NOT include desks and bookcases.
Furnishings & Features:
- Electric air conditioning and heat, which is controlled by a thermostat in each apartment
- Bedroom: full-sized bed, three-drawer dresser (dimensions: 29.5 inches wide, 18.5 inches deep, and 30 inches high), and one closet per bedroom
- Living room: sofa, arm chair, and end table + ceiling fan with light
- Carpet and window blinds in living room and bedrooms
- Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator, stove, dining table, and chairs
- 2- and 4-person units include washer & dryer; residents of 1-person units use free, conveniently located community laundry rooms
- Enclosed and outdoor bicycle racks (bikes CANNOT be stored in hallways or apartments)
- Patio/balcony in some units
- All utilities included in rent:
- Wired and wireless UA high-speed internet. There is one Ethernet port per bedroom in two-and four-person units. The port in one-person units is in the living room.
- Extended basic cable TV
- Local telephone service
- Water
- Electricity
