Rates, Applications, & Policies

Hello, Wildcat! In this section of the website, you will find information you need to apply for campus housing.

Rates for each residence hall (“dorm”): Note the date at the top of the rates page to determine if the rates shown are for the current academic year or have been updated for the next academic year. Rents typically will change year to year but this year’s rates will give you a ballpark estimate to help you budget.
Payment information: You can read about when to expect to see rent charges on your UA account and the payment plan option.
Applications: If you need to know how to apply for campus housing, this is the place to visit.
Contracts & Policies: You will find a copy of the campus housing “license agreement,” which is the contract you sign with us to live in the dorms, and information about other housing processes and policies.
