| January 23, 2008 | Applications due by 11:59pm |
| January 25, 2008 | Reminder e-mails sent w/ interview time |
| January 27, 2008 | References due by 11:59pm |
| February 4 - February 15, 2007 | Interviews |
| March 4, 2008 | Offer Letters sent to Candidates via e-mail (stating either offer with placement, offer of alternate pool*, or no offer) |
| March 7, 2008 | Must Accept/Decline offer by 5pm |
| April 12, 2008 | Meeting for all New RAs at 10am |
| August 9, 2008 | RA Training Begins at 6pm |
*Candidates offered positions in the Alternate Pool will be invited to attend a special meeting to further explain this special status
