Apply for Housing
NEW UNDERGRADS
Congratulations on being admitted to the University of Arizona! Once you are admitted, you are eligible to apply for campus housing. Housing applications will not be accepted from individuals who have not yet been admitted to the University of Arizona.
We encourage you to apply online as soon as possible as housing assignments are based on a combination of your housing application date, hall preferences, roommate requests, and available space at the time you are assigned.
In order to apply for housing:
- You must have created your University NetID and email account. If you have not already done so and you have received your notice of admission (with your Student ID number and PIN), you may create your NetID and email account on the University NetID website. Your University NetID and password will be required to access the application.
- You must be prepared to pay the $150 non-refundable housing application fee online by electronic check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only). If the payment is not made within two calendar days of submitting your application, your application will be canceled and you will not be considered for assignment to campus housing.
When you complete and submit the application, you will be notified via email that your housing application was accepted. You will also see your housing application information on your Student Link housing status page (“Residence Life” link on your “Personal” page). If, after submitting your application, you do not receive a confirmation email and/or do not see your housing application information on Student Link, contact Residence Life at housing@life.arizona.edu or (520) 621-6501.
Detailed housing application instructions are included when you apply for housing. Please read those instructions carefully and completely before completing the application. You may wish to print the instruction page for reference during and after completing your housing application.
