CatCard and PIN
CatCard Security
Most of our halls are equipped with a card access system. This system utilizes
your CatCard and a four-digit PIN number chosen when you check in to the halls.
Only residents of the building can gain access by swiping their cards through
the card reader and entering their personal four-digit PINs.
The system is operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Giving your CatCard and PIN number to someone else (including friends, family, significant others, etc.) is a violation of Residence Hall Community Standards and you will be subject to the Conduct Hearing Process.
Change Your PIN
You have the ability to change your four-digit PIN at any given time.
