Submit License Agreement
All students who plan to live in University housing must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the University Undergraduate Housing License Agreement. It is binding for the entire academic year or Spring only if you are living on campus for the Spring semester only.
Completing the License Agreement is a part of confirming your campus housing assignment. The License Agreement can be completed at any time. However, in order to avoid cancellation of your housing assignment and application, License Agreements must be completed and/or received in the Residence Life office by the confirmation deadline date included in your Residence Hall Assignment Notice.
If you are currently 18 years of age or older, you may complete and submit the License Agreement electronically. If you are under the age of 18 at the time you complete the License Agreement, both you and your parent/guardian must print the License Agreement Form, review, sign and submit it via mail or fax directly to Residence Life.
