Honors Residential Colleges: Posada San Pedro, Yuma, and Yavapai
Students admitted to the Honors College may choose to live in one of three halls designated as an Honors Residential College: Posada San Pedro, Yavapai and Yuma. These communities provide a supportive living-learning environment where you can meet other academically talented and socially active students. These halls offer study groups, programs, and workshops designed for honors students.
Space in the Honors Residential Colleges is limited and is not guaranteed. To apply for an Honors Residential College, list one, two or all three Honors Residential Colleges on your housing application.
“Living on campus and in an Honors Residential College has helped me stay focused and meet people with similar goals. There’s always someone in the hall to help if I have problems with homework.”

“I knew college was going to be a challenge. The responsibility was all on me, but it helped motivate me. My roommate and I are compatible, I like the study lounges and the RAs are nice. “

“Living at Yavapai, in the Honors Residential College provided me with an instant family away from home. It’s a small hall, but has an unparalleled sense of community. The location is great and the convenience of being on campus can’t be beat. We consistently have activities where I continue to meet new people. Choosing an Honors hall was one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made thus far!”

“It’s so beneficial living with other honors students. Whenever I have a question, whether its Calculus, Economics or International Relations class, there is always someone close by who can help me. I also feel encouraged by their ethics. Their motivation pushes me too!
