You have worked hard to come to The University of Arizona. You already have some college experience and you're serious about your educational and career goals. You are not alone. Whether your college experience was in Arizona or across the country, transferring to a University with 35,000 students is challenging! Join other transfer students at Babcock Inn, where you already have something in common!

Academics Meets Community

Consider living with other transfer students on a wing at Babcock Inn, a coed, non-traditional style residence hall. Two students share a room with its own bathroom and room doors open to the outside. Babcock has a large swimming pool and courtyard, and is located across from the University Medical Center Complex.

How to Sign Up

To be eligible, all participants must submit a Housing Application and $100 non-refundable application fee. Indicate your Living-Learning Community choices on your housing application. If you have already applied for housing, you can update your application by going back online and updating your hall preferences (this does not change your date) or send us an E-mail to: livinglearning@life.arizona.edu .Space is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis, so commit early! You will be notified of your housing assignment by mail between April and July.

Deadline for the Transfer Student Community is July 1, every year.
