Online Maintenance-Custodial Request
Online Maintenance-Custodial Work Order Form
The Online Maintenance-Custodial Work Order Form page allows University residents and staff to file a maintenance or custodial work order (a.k.a. AMF) online.
A Residence Life work order is a document which requests that a problem within a residence hall community be fixed or corrected. A copy of the Guide for Requesters is provided to residents and staff through the Residence Life website and in the resident’s Community Living Guide during hall check-in. These important manuals contain the password needed to successfully submit a work request.
