Babcock Inn

Babcock resembles a motel. This gives students a bit of privacy. Since doors open to the outside, Babcock residents enjoy beautiful scenery as they step outside their doors. Babcock is one of the quietest halls, with unique residents ranging from those who consider themselves introverts to those who like to reach out to others. Babcock is also a wonderful place to live and swim. Our unique pool draws residents from various floors in the hall as soon as it gets warm.”
- Ben Kisang, Graduate Hall Director

Babcock, a three-story complex, is one of our non-traditional style halls. The north end of this coed community consists of three floors of double and singe resident rooms with their own bathrooms and outside entrances. The south side of Babcock houses University administrative offices and several academic departments.

Fifty-five single rooms share a bathroom with an adjoining single room. Babcock is very popular with returning residents and those who like the feel of a non-traditional residence hall; a wing at Babcock is reserved especially for transfer students. Located on Speedway near Campbell, Babcock is very close to the Arizona Health Sciences Center, home of the University's Colleges of Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy.

Rooms vary in size, design, and layouts. Assignments to particular rooms are random. The views provided here are only examples; your assigned room may not be identical.
