Rent Payments
Your residence hall rent is billed each semester (for Fall semester residents, 60% in the fall and 40% in the spring) to your student account. You may pay the Bursar directly online through Student Link using an electronic check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Residence Hall rates are based on double, triple or single occupancy of a room and are billed per person. Rates typically increase each year following approval by the Arizona Board of Regents in March.
Campus Housing Payment Plans
Residence Life offers a Campus Housing Payment Plan for the fall and/or spring semesters. It allows you to spread rent across three installment payments per semester. There is no charge for enrollment but you must enroll each semester. Full rent charges are the only charges that the Campus Housing Payment Plan includes. Any other charges such as for lost keys or damages, are payable at the time they are billed under the terms of your Housing License Agreement.
